Rosgvardiya conducts civilian-disguised checks near Mariupol

Rosgvardiya soldiers, dressed in civilian clothes, were seen in the village of Urzuf, 40 kilometers from occupied Mariupol in Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast, Mariupol Mayor's advisor Petro Andriushchenko reported on Telegram on July 7.
"To the people of Mariupol. Attention. Those who are under occupation and have relatives there. A Rosgvardia unit has entered Urzuf. They are dressed in civilian clothes," he wrote, warning residents that the Russians were checking vacationers along the coast, looking for suspicious or discontented people.
"We know about the first random arrests. Pay attention and be careful what you say. Check your phones. Take care of yourselves."
On June 25, the Mariupol City Council reported that Russian troops had turned Mariupol's seaport into a military base.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
