Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck a 92N6 radar belonging to a Russian S-400 Triumf air defense system in Sochi, Krasnodar Krai, overnight on Sept. 14, Ukraine’s General Staff reported.
The 92N6 is a multifunction radar used to track aerial targets and guide surface-to-air missiles toward them, the General Staff said.
Ukrainian forces also struck facilities used to store, prepare and launch attack drones near Kursk and Russian-occupied Donetsk.
A drone command post was hit in Novohrodivka, Donetsk Oblast, the military said.
The General Staff also reported strikes on Russian radar systems near Litizh, Trostenchyk and Lypovets in Bryansk Oblast.
Ukrainian forces additionally targeted a short-range navigation radio system near the Saky airfield in Russian-occupied Crimea, as well as relay stations near Rokhmanove, Krasnyi Stiah and Kamin in Bryansk Oblast.
Explosions were reported overnight in the Russian resort city of Sochi.
Krasnodar Krai authorities said private homes had been damaged during the attack.
