Ukrnafta expands fuel imports in 2024
Ukraine's oil company Ukrnafta has expanded the scope of fuel imports to Ukraine in 2024, the company said in a press release on Facebook on March 26.
The company imported fuel from the United States, Sweden, Poland, and Greece in 2023, and in 2024, it began importing wholesale batches from the United States, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, and Türkiye.
"All fuel produced by powerful companies such as Orlen, Hellenic Petroleum, Marathon Petroleum Company, and others, has the necessary certifications and, due to its optimal characteristics, guarantees engine efficiency," the company said.
The Antimonopoly Committee reportedly granted Ukrnafta permissions for concentration regarding assets of the Glusco group, known as Medvedchuk's gas stations.
