Ukraine extends visa waiver program for UK citizens for another year

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has extended the temporary visa waiver program for British citizens for another year, according to an official decree published on the President’s website on Jan. 9.
The extension maintains the visa waiver until Jan. 30, 2025, though it still limits visits from UK citizens to 90 days every 180.
The waiver was first introduced in early 2020, following the UK’s exit from the European Union, which made it ineligible to receive EU-based exemptions.
