- Supplies power for a limited duration, ranging from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the model
- Contains built-in batteries that keep essential devices running long enough for you to either safely shut them down or switch to an alternative power source
The UPS is ideal for protecting delicate electronics from power disruptions and ensuring they can continue running seamlessly in case of short-term outages.
Generator
Generators are designed to provide power over extended periods, particularly during long-term outages. They are suitable for larger set-ups such as homes, businesses, and other institutions.
