A man was killed in the 11:00 a.m. Russian attack on Vovchansk’s central square in Kharkiv Oblast, the Internal Affairs Ministry posted on Telegram on Oct. 1.
The man’s identity is being established.
An investigative and operational group, as well as explosives experts, are on the scene. A criminalcase under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) has been opened.
Three Russian missiles, presumably S-300s, set a civilian enterprise on fire in Kharkiv overnight,Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration head, Oleh Synehubov, reported on Telegram on Oct. 1.
