Russian strikes ignite fires in Mykolaiv Oblast, injuring six
Russian troops attacked settlements in Mykolaiv Oblast on Aug. 10, injuring six people, regional governor Vitaliy Kim reported on Telegram.
In the morning, Russian forces targeted the village of
Dniprovske in the Kutsurub municipality with FPV drones, damaging a house and a
civilian car. Agricultural equipment also caught fire.
Two men were wounded. A 25-year-old man received outpatient
care and is in stable condition, while the other man was treated on-site and
declined hospitalization.
At 2:30 p.m., Russia shelled the town of Ochakiv with
artillery, injuring four people — two women, ages 70 and 73, and two men, ages
44 and 69.
By the morning of Aug. 11, three of the victims were
reported in satisfactory condition. However, the 70-year-old woman was
hospitalized in Mykolaiv, where her condition is serious.
The shelling also damaged seven houses and a power line, and
sparked fires on one property, affecting two sheds and dry grass. Firefighters
quickly extinguished all fires.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
