Brutal Russian attack kills five, including 16-month-old
Five people, including a toddler, were killed and six others were injured in a massive Russian drone attack on residential areas of the city of Pryluky in Chernihiv Oblast, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (SES) reported on Telegram early on June 5, posting photos of the devastating aftermath.
Rescuers found the bodies of a 46-year-old woman, her 27-year-old daughter, and her 16-month-old grandson under the rubble, along with two other victims.
Six people were hospitalized.
According to Regional Governor Vyacheslav Chaus, at least six Russian drones attacked the city overnight, damaging densely populated residential areas.
Emergency rescue efforts are underway.
