Russia targets residential areas, kills two, injures five in Donetsk Oblast

Russian invading troops killed two people – in New-York and Bakhmut – and wounded five more in Donetsk Oblast on May 4, regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko wrote on Telegram.
Meanwhile, the exact number of civilian casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha can't be estimated, Kyrylenko said.
Over the past 24 hours, another three people were injured in Russian shelling of Kherson Oblast, the regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin also reported on Telegram.
The town of Beryslav came under Russian attack, he added. Residential neighbourhoods, and the territory and facilities of an industrial plant were damaged.
Occupying Russian troops have shelled Kherson Oblast 95 times in the past day. The city of Kherson itself was shelled five times. A total of 538 artillery rounds were fired from heavy artillery, Grad multiple rocket launchers, tanks, and aircraft. Drones were also used in the Russian attacks.
Near the Russian border, Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Izyum, and Kupyansk districts of Kharkiv Oblast were shelled by the Russians using artillery, mortars and other weapons, Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Synehubov reported.
Houses and utility buildings were damaged, with some catching fire. Luckily, there were no casualties in the attacks.
The enemy shelled, in particular, Chervona Zoria, Hlyboke, Lyptsi, Vesele, Ohirtseve, Vovchanski Hutory, Veterynarne, Novomlynsk, Kamyanka, Dvorichna, Valkhuvatka, Zapadne, Lyman Pershyi, Izyumske and other settlements of Kharkiv Oblast.
