Russia sets new occupation structure in Kherson Oblast for systematic looting - NRC
The Russian invaders set up a so-called "Investment and Industrial Development Council" to deal with the looting of captured enterprises in the partially occupied Kherson Oblast, the National Resistance Center (NRC) reported on Aug. 20.
The "council" is composed of Russian citizens: Volodymyr Bodelan, Ruslan Sirtlanov, Tikhon Balayants and other unnamed individuals.
This “institution” will be formally engaged in attracting investments.
"However, the invaders mean looting and seizure of property of those who were forced to leave due to the occupation: equipment removal and confiscation of production facilities," NRC wrote.
Thus, the "council" is made up of looters who will be held accountable for their actions.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
