Russian police captain exposes sheer incompetence in TV interview wearing epaulet upside down

A video has been posted on social media on Jan. 28 that demonstrates the level of competence of Russian law enforcement officers.
Its heroine was a representative of the Russian Interior Ministry, Natalia Zhulasova.
Judging by the footage of her interview with local propagandists, the Senior Assistant of the Main Department for Novosibirsk Oblast does not even understand what rank she holds.
Zhulasova apparently climbed the career ladder so rapidly that she did not even have time to memorize the location of the stars on her captain's epaulets. As a result, she put one of them on upside down.
"Here you go, police officers. This is how to wear your epaulets," the video's author joked.
“This is the Main Department! The officer did great. We should all wear uniforms like this per new regulations.”
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
