Russian special services are conducting a campaign to disrupt mobilization in Ukraine, Defense Ministry spokesperson Dmytro Lazutkin said in an interview with Radio NV.
"We know that now the Russian special services are conducting a serious campaign to disrupt mobilization in Ukraine," he said.
"Many psychological operations are launched to discredit certain processes, particularly regarding the Reserve+ application, which was launched and is working despite very pessimistic reviews from some pseudo-analysts and lawyers who gave advice on how to evade mobilization."

Videos featuring individuals claiming to be Ukrainian men vacationing abroad and labeling themselves as "evaders" have surfaced on TikTok and other social media platforms, garnering significant attention, Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) reported on April 16.
There has been a simultaneous emergence of numerous songs and videos glorifying men who refuse to participate in the defense of their country. The anonymity of the authors, coupled with the organized promotion of this content by groups of bots, suggests a deliberate propaganda campaign.
In April, the Russians spread a false claim online that Ukraine was planning to mobilize political refugees from Russia and Belarus.
The Center for Countering Disinformation refuted Russian fakes distributed on Telegram in early March about the alleged mobilization of homeless people into Ukraine's Territorial Defense Brigade.
