Russian officials claim drone attack in Bryansk Oblast
Two Ukrainian drones allegedly attacked Bryansk Oblast, Russia, Governor Alexander Bogomaz claimed on Telegram on Feb. 19.
Both drones were shot down, he said. No damage or casualties were reported.
Ukrainian drones also attacked Russia’s Bryansk Oblast overnight on Feb. 5, Bogomaz and Russia’s Defense Ministry claimed earlier.
Oil depots and refineries have been burning in several Russian regions in recent weeks. NV sources reported that the Ukrainian SBU security service is behind the attacks.
The most recent attacks included a strike on Russia’s Lukoil refinery in Volgograd on Feb. 3 and a marine terminal in the port of Ust-Luga near St. Petersburg on Jan. 21.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
