Pro-Ukraine hacktivist infiltrates Russian-Chinese economic forum on sanctions busting to condemn invasion

A pro-Ukrainian prankster disrupted a Russian-Chinese online conference on import substitution measures for goods that were lost due to Western sanctions, according to a video from the event shared on X (formerly Twitter) on Oct. 27.
Pretending to be one of the participants, the prankster explained to the audience the root of the problems they were discussing.
"I'd like to say a few words about import substitution of Western goods, because I think this is a very important issue," said an unidentified person who called himself "an IT specialist from Samara.”
“In the modern world, aggression against another state, including economic aggression, is barbaric. Who else but a Russian person, a person of ‘high culture’, should know about this."
After Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine and all the war crimes that the Kremlin regime committed against its civilians, the whole world saw who the Russians really are, the prankster went on.
"The whole world has seen who you are," the hacktivist said, after which the Russians, finally realizing what was happening, rushed to disconnect him, citing alleged "technical issues."
“You are scum who attacked a peaceful country. There would have been no import substitution if you had not attacked the people you used to call 'brothers'. If you behaved like civilized people. You will all be held accountable sooner or later. Each of you will be held accountable for what you do. Glory to Ukraine!”
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
