Minus 680 Russian soldiers - General Staff releases Russian losses update

The Ukrainian military eliminated 680 Russian occupiers over the last 24 hours, with total losses since the war began now exceeding 240,000 troops, Ukraine's General Staff reported in its morning update on July 21.
The estimated Russian losses breakdown is as follows:
- personnel - 240,690 (+680) personnel eliminated,
- tanks - 4,133 (+4),
- armored combat vehicles - 8,080 (+15),
- artillery systems - 4,610 (+18),
- multiple-launch rockets systems - 692 (+0),
- air defense systems - 440 (+7),
- warplanes - 315 (+0),
- helicopters - 310 (+0),
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 3,933 (+15),
- cruise missiles - 1,298 (+5),
- warships/military boats - 18 (+0),
- vehicles and fuel tankers - 7,145 (+11),
- special equipment - 686 (+1).
Ukraine launched a counter-offensive campaign in the south and east at the beginning of June. The Ukrainian military is liberating occupied areas and gaining a foothold there.
The current modest Ukrainian successes are just an introduction to a broader and more extensive counteroffensive to come soon, according to Ukraine's Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
