Belarusian self-proclaimed Lukashenko meets Russian dictator Putin at Valaam Monastery

Self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Russia and met with dictator Vladimir Putin at the Valaam Monastery in Karelia, the Telegram channel Pul Pervogo, which is associated with Lukashenko, reported on July 25.
Russian media write that Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov had previously reported that the dictators were planning to hold talks.
Lukashenko made a statement in mid-July saying that he intended to discuss "Ukrainian issues" with Putin "in the near future."
