Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov's son, Adam, who was appointed head of his father's security department at just 15 years old, was awarded a gold medal at the UAE SWAT Challenge competition in Dubai despite not even participating in the event, the CHTD Telegram channel reported, publishing a video from the ceremonial event.
It was not the first award from various political cronies that the young Kadyrov has received – he won one after he beat the defenseless political prisoner, Nikita Zhuravl’. However, this award was especially absurd.
"The 16-year-old son of the Chechen leader rushes onto the stage at an event, where organizers present him with a gold medal for a competition in which he did not participate,” CHTD wrote.
“The winning 'Akhmat' team received the award, while the young Kadyrov merely supported them, not competing himself. The catch is that Adam Kadyrov arrived in Dubai to serve as 'chief of security' for his father, not as an athlete.”
