From Lviv to Odesa: Ukrainian cities across the country face power outages following Russian attack

Emergency power cuts have been introduced in regions across Ukraine, while locals are being advised to steer clear of using elevators, following Russia’s mass missile attack on March 22.
Power outages are being implemented in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Serhiy Kovalenko, YASNO CEO, wrote on Facebook.
"Unfortunately, there's no set schedule for these emergency outages,” Kovalenko said.
“Your local operator will inform you as soon our energy workers once again overcome the darkness. For now, we ask you to refrain from using elevators."
Due to a massive overnight assault by Russia emergency blackouts are also occurring in the Donetsk region, Ukraine's leading energy provider DTEK reported.
There are reports of power supply issues in Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Donetsk oblasts.
The attack damaged energy facilities in four districts of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, prompting emergency shutdowns, Dnipropetrovsk regional governor, Serhiy Lysak, said.
DTEK had earlier announced the initiation of emergency outages in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Kharkiv is almost completely without electricity, following the Russian attack.
Stabilization blackouts have also been implemented in Odesa.
Power outages were also reported in the Lviv Oblast.
