Final date for Usyk-Fury rematch confirmed
Saudi Arabia General Directorate of Entertainment head, Turki Alalshikh, confirmed the date for the second fight between the WBA, WBO and WBC world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (22−0, 14 KO) and Tyson Fury (34−1−1, 24 KO).
The rematch will take place on Dec. 21, the organizer announced.
"Fury VS Usyk 2. REIGNITED ... 21-12-2024," he wrote.
December 21 was a probable date, but not final, it was reported earlier.
Usyk defeated Fury by a split decision of the judges in the first fight.
