Ukraine plans to open ten joint ventures for the production of various types of drones in five European countries in 2026, expanding defense-industrial cooperation with key partners.
In July 2025, Ukrainian unmanned systems developer Skyeton and British defense firm Prevail Partners announced the creation of a joint venture to launch serial production of Raybird drones in the United Kingdom.
Later, in December, Germany’s Quantum Systems and Ukraine’s Frontline Robotics formed Quantum Frontline Industries, the first German-Ukrainian drone manufacturing joint venture. The new company will mass-produce the Zoom and Linza drones developed by Frontline Robotics. All robotic systems manufactured in Germany will be supplied to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

- MITS Industries (Denmark–Ukraine) — Tencore, Infozahyst, and Unwave (Ukraine): TerMIT ground drone, KHORTYTSIA-M mobile radio reconnaissance complex, Shatro electronic warfare complex and other UAVs.
